Every engagement starts with a Discovery Session. This is a one-hour call at $250 designed to do one thing: get clear. We look at your business, identify where the pressure points are, and determine whether working together actually makes sense. It is not a pitch. If it is not the right fit, that will be stated clearly.
From there, scope and timeline depend entirely on what you need. Some engagements are a single focused deliverable. Others run 3 to 9 months and go deep on the systems and decisions that determine long-term performance.
Execution is always handled by your internal team or external partners. AVANA provides the clarity, direction, and oversight that keeps everything aligned and moving.
The standard across every engagement is the same. Senior-level thinking, direct communication, and a point of view that comes from actually knowing this industry.

The Discovery Session is not a sales call. It is an hour of focused, senior-level attention on your business — and it is designed to give you something useful regardless of what comes next.
Before we meet, you will be asked to share some context about where your business is, what you are working toward, and where things feel stuck. That way the hour is spent on substance, not introductions.
During the call we will look at where growth is being limited by structure or decision-making, what needs to be addressed before scaling further, and whether an ongoing engagement with AVANA makes sense.
You will leave with clarity. Either a clear picture of what to prioritize next, or the beginning of a partnership built on an honest assessment of where you are and where you need to go.
The Discovery Session is $250 and one hour. If an ongoing engagement makes sense, that investment is credited toward your first month.
If it is not the right fit, that will be stated clearly. No pressure, no pitch.
